What is the Beta Release Technique?

The Beta Release Technique is a process that involves a series of simple physical movements that balances the left and right lobes of the brain, taking it out of inappropriate states of stress and bringing it back into balance.  It deals with your bioplasmic subtle body (your brain and central nervous system), allowing your body’s natural flow of energy to resume.

It’s one of the most powerful healing practices a person can have. My first experienced of the Beta Release Technique was in 2007. I was so impressed that I wanted to learn the technique. However, I had to wait for five years for the training course to be run again, and I loved learning it. So yes, I think it’s a great process.

How The Brain Get Out of Balance

The brain gets out of balance whenever it perceives there is a threat to the physical body’s state of balance and equilibrium.  The brain senses a threat when it detects changes, experienced through sight, sound, smell, taste and touch and then makes a judgement as to whether the situation is good or bad.  Anything that threatens your sense of reality, including your beliefs and values etc, is perceived as a threat.  As the survival mechanism kicks in to protect you, your body is immediately put under stress (ready for fight or flight).  This same survival response occurs when you bring up a past memory of a stressful experience, or anticipate a future stressful experience.
